  • I use aspects of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), interpersonal therapy, and narrative therapy to challenge internalized beliefs, explore the impact of trauma on relationships, and re-contextualize trauma, focusing on resilience and meaning-making. My primary expertise is in sexual and religious trauma.

  • Whether your relationship style is monogamous, open, poly, ethically non-monogamous, swing, queer platonic, strictly casual, asexual, aromantic, or none of the above, social connections are critical to our wellbeing, and conflict or stress in our close relationships can negatively impact our overall mental health. All are welcome here!

  • My passion is working with members of the queer community. You may be interested in exploring sexual orientation, gender expression, and/or relationship styles as your primary focus in treatment, or those aspects of self may exist simply as background for other therapy work, my goal is to create an environment of authenticity and safety in the therapy room.

  • I often see clients who are struggling with focus, time management, low motivation, burnout, decision paralysis, or chronic fatigue. We will evaluate your current self-care, routines, stressors, and lifestyle; explore areas of improvement; and problem-solve for common barriers to change. Common areas that we may focus on are sleep, screen use, financial health, work/life balance, exercise, self-care, and concurrent medication management or other mental health treatments to address symptoms that create the biggest impact on your day-to-day life.
